Doug specializes in the sale of investment and owner-user warehouse, retail and office properties. In support of his investment clients Doug is also active in the leasing of commercial real estate. Doug formed Tyler Realty Corp. Ltd. in the summer of 1980 and has been active in the real estate business ever since.

Mike has been a licensed associate with Tyler Realty since October of 2008. Prior to being licensed, Mike worked as a research analyst for four years. During this time he attended Mount Royal College and later the University of Calgary where he studied Finance and Risk Management & Insurance. Mike has selected investment real estate as well as sales and leasing in the central industrial area of the city as his field of expertise. Mike is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation; the most coveted and respected designation in the industry, to bring even greater value to his clients with the sales and leasing of commercial property.

Wayne has been active in Calgary real estate since 1975 specializing in Industrial Commercial Sales and Leasing for nearly 30 years. Wayne has well rounded experience actively representing and participating in Leasing and Sales on behalf of Corporate and Private Owners along with land sales and offering exclusive tenant representation. Wayne’s current association with Tyler Realty Corp. Ltd. began in 1997. Important to Wayne is the cooperative team approach and support of the Tyler Realty associates and staff resulting in a very enjoyable office environment. Wayne takes pride in providing knowledgeable, personalized service to his many clients.

Don is involved in many areas of leasing and sales within the Tyler Realty team. In the past year, Don has completed a variety of transactions including building and land sales, suburban office and warehouse leasing and tenant representation.  Don joined Tyler Realty Corp. Ltd. in June 1999, after being involved for many years as an owner and director in a small Geophysical firm providing geophysical services for the environmental, mining and oil industries. Don takes a personalized approach towards meeting his clients' requirements and in doing so gives his clients the best possible service. He enjoys the team atmosphere and co-operation from associates that Tyler realty Corp. Ltd. prides itself in.

Dan chose to return to commercial real estate brokerage work in 2006 and elected to join the team at Tyler Realty based on strong leadership, integrity and honesty and the firm’s very successful track record over the past 30 years in Calgary. Dan has 20 years experience in commercial real estate in Calgary in all aspects of the business, including sale and lease negotiations, development, project management and property management. Strong market knowledge, with particular focus on the industrial segment throughout all areas of the city, bring added value to Dan’s service to the market place.

Shelly has a solid background in office administration and customer service. Prior to joining the Tyler Realty team, Shelly worked with one of the major law firms in Calgary. Shelly oversees the day to day operations of the company including, client and tenant liaison, conveyancing, accounting, banking and office administration.
