Tyler Realty Corp. Ltd., incorporated in 1980, is a small Boutique commercial Real Estate brokerage specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, retail, land and investment properties in Calgary and southern Alberta. Our core business is the brokering of commercial real estate on behalf of our valued existing clients and new customers. We are also involved in the ownership and management of commercial properties. We feel property ownership and the management of third party real estate has been invaluable to our experience base. Not only has it provided us with knowing the joy of ownership, but it has also taught us how to deal with the challenges of vacant space and the valued importance of building solid tenant relationships.
